Megan Welborn serves as the Transaction Coordinator for Elite Real Estate Group, helping ensure every transaction moves smoothly from contract to closing. Working behind the scenes alongside our agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals, Megan plays an important role in keeping the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction organized and on track.

Real estate contracts come with countless details, deadlines, documents, and people to coordinate. Megan helps manage those details so our agents can remain focused on what matters most—serving and advocating for their clients.

From monitoring important contract dates and coordinating with title and lending partners to helping schedule closings, managing documentation, and keeping everyone informed throughout the process, Megan brings organization and consistency to each transaction.

Her role is also an important part of the client experience at Elite Real Estate Group. Buying or selling a home can sometimes feel overwhelming, and having an additional person working behind the scenes provides another layer of communication and support throughout the process.

Megan works closely with our agents to anticipate upcoming needs, address details before they become problems, and help ensure nothing gets overlooked between the day a contract is executed and the moment everyone reaches the closing table.
