Haley Acker serves as the Team Assistant for Elite Real Estate Group, providing day-to-day support to our agents and helping keep the many moving pieces of a growing real estate team organized and moving forward.

Real estate happens quickly, and behind every showing, listing, closing, marketing campaign, and client experience are countless details that need attention. Haley plays an important role behind the scenes, assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, organization, and the everyday needs of the team.

Working closely with Ashley and the agents of Elite Real Estate Group, Haley helps create systems and structure that allow our agents to spend more of their time doing what they do best—building relationships, serving clients, negotiating deals, and helping people reach their real estate goals.

As the team continues to grow, Haley also helps support the projects and initiatives that come with building the Elite Real Estate Group brand. From assisting with marketing and coordinating team needs to tackling the unexpected tasks that inevitably come up in real estate, she is an important part of keeping things running smoothly.

Her role may often happen behind the scenes, but the impact is felt throughout the entire team. Having dedicated administrative support allows Elite Real Estate Group to provide clients with a more organized, responsive, and consistent experience from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Haley works alongside Founder and Associate Broker Ashley Hernandez, Transaction Coordinator Megan Welborn, and the agents of Elite Real Estate Group to help create an environment where agents have the support and resources they need to succeed.
